Wally is a professional Leadership Coach who has spent much of his working life helping others achieve their professional goals. Coming from an educational background he has spent many years honing his skills in developing and supporting the learning and skills of both students and adults alike. He realises the importance of all leaders to have a professional space that allows them to grow, develop and achieve that balance between their personal and professional lives.

With over 30 years in education, including 15 of those as an educational leader, Wally has vast experience in leading individuals and groups. He has worked in a
leadership and coaching capacity both in Australia and overseas, helping many aspiring, emerging and established leaders achieve their goals.

Wally understands that the main asset of any organisation is the workforce and the ability to develop leaders across the workforce who can manage the change process within their organisation and industry. He understands the difficulties many organisations face in providing effective high level professional development to all their leaders.
